Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between DigDeep Civil (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (“you” or “your”) regarding the use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Payment Methods and Terms We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct Debit
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Cash (only for in-person transactions)
Our payment terms are net 14 days. This means that payment for our services is due within 14 days from the date of invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.
- Service Agreement By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that DigDeep Civil will provide the agreed-upon services in a professional and timely manner. Any specific terms, scope of work, or additional agreements will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract between both parties.
- Liability and Indemnification DigDeep Civil and its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. You agree to indemnify and hold DigDeep Civil and its representatives harmless from any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- Confidentiality Any confidential information shared between both parties during the course of our engagement shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing the agreed-upon services. Both parties agree not to disclose or use such confidential information for any other purpose without prior written consent.
- Termination Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you agree to compensate DigDeep Civil for any services rendered up to the termination date.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
